Yayyyyyy. I’m leaving!!!! I’m all packed and ready to go. I have 3 1/2 more hours here at work and then I am gone. So excited to see everyone when I get home. Even more excited to drink Starbucks and eat some food. So Mom I’m totally gonna need you to make me some fried chicken. I will get home around 7ish tomorrow night unless my flight is early, and it would be awesome if it was. It’s been a great time here but I am ready to be State side again.

Dear Lord, if your listening, please don’t let me commit homicide in this country.

Ya know I almost made it through…almost. So today we went to a store and I used my credit card and I’ll be damned if it didn’t get charged twice. Which is the exact reason that I have tried to pay cash for almost everything here…I just don’t trust people. But hey India…thanks for validating that. It wasn’t a lot of money but still totally not the point. I’ll see what I can get figured out before I leave tomorrow. At this point I’m almost to where I don’t even care, just so long as I can get the hell out of here.

UPDATE…… All is well. Kelley (a girl I work with who totally rocks) just called the shop and they are reversing the charges and delivering the receipt to the hotel. I was totally cracking up.

It looks like work will be crazy from now until I leave so I’m sure I will be putting in some long hours. It will make the time go by quicker that’s for sure. The next few days I’ll be running on little to no sleep, we still have a bit that we want to get done until we leave and I can’t cut out work so I’ll have to settle for cutting out sleep. At least I can nap by the pool.

Till I am home!!!!! Okay well until I leave here. I’m so ready to come home. It has been quite the experience, it’s had it’s ups and it’s downs but something that I will never forget. Today we visted a palace and it was so very beautiful. Got me some cricket bats too so that was tons of fun. Other than that we did a lot of driving, it takes FOREVER to get from one place to the next around here. I never thought that just running to the mall would take a good 30-45 minute drive but that’s not very hard to do here. I think I will soak up as much sun as I can the next few days before I have to come home to all of that damn snow. I wanted it to at least try to be spring when I was getting home…no such luck. Lets pray that we don’t get more snow because if my plane can’t land I really think that will send me right over the edge.

Even in India shopping can make a girl feel better. Today we went out and did some serious shopping, much fun, lots of treasures. In the home stretch, I’ll be leaving in 4 more days. I can totally do this now, I’m just so excited to get on that plane and get on my way home. I miss everyone so much. Hell just talking to everyone or picking up my phone. I haven’t turned on my cell since the day I got here and I’ll be so excited to land in Chicago and turn it on. I miss your ring-tones people lol. I just feel very out of touch and it feels like I have been gone forever. Today we visited a Buddhist temple, it was amazing. When we went they were chanting and it was the most peaceful sound I think I have ever heard, I could have sat for hours and listened to them. Tomorrow we will visit Charmainar or however it’s spelled, it’s the oldest structure in Hyderabad and there is a huge market around it. They say it is really crowded and I don’t do well with crowds but we’ll see how I fair on that one. I took another picture of a squatter today, I totally could not piss there. I tried, I walked in but that was as far as I got, so instead I just took out my camera and snapped a picture. Didja know they don’t flush toilet paper here? Gross. And if I never smell moth balls again I will be good with that, they put them in the sinks and in drains because of the smell. It doesn’t help much.

That’ll teach me.

Thanks to everyone who has kept me out of my drama at home. Ignorance is bliss sometimes. You can bet that I won’t be leaving home anytime soon, well I will but I bet I won’t do it without my boy. It’s really hard to give someone a piece of my mind when I am half way across the world. But I’m fairly positive that with how pissed off I am that I bet I could make it work. People just piss me off. I know I can’t control everything and that I can’t make people do the right thing or want to be good people and good parents or even to be fair. But there are certain things I can control and in 6 days I’ll be back to do just that. Some people just truly suck, and then they meet the ones that swallow.

For real. My neck is effin’ killing me, no amount of Excedrin is helping either. I’d give my right arm for a couple muscle relaxers and a heating pad (well maybe I would when we get back to the states), I’d prefer not to leave my arm here. But I have considered it. So perhaps when I get home I might want to go to a Dr., just maybe.

In other news….oh there isn’t any. Except for that I’m working way too many hours a day and I’m super tired.

So you ever get tired of your life? Just take a trip half way across the world without everyone in your life, it’s sure to cure that. You don’t realize everything you have until you see how the other half of the world lives and you realize all of the people in your life that you can’t imagine living without. I need my people, miss everyone so much.

We are in the homestretch here and I’m starting to stress on if I am going to get to visit all of the places that I wanted to before we leave and stress about if I can get all of the things I wanted to for everyone. Hopefully I can if I don’t run out of money first. It really super sucks to get paid for all of the overtime that I worked here a day AFTER I get back. That is stupid, just so ya know.

Oh grrrrr. So my little pinched nerve mcthingy in my back/neck whatever is back. And it is friggin’ killing me I tell ya. I’m sure it doesn’t have anything to do with lugging a 30lb bag to work everyday and then on top of that not doing a whole lot but sleeping and then going to work to sit in a chair and stare at a computer all day. Not helping that although the bed looks really comfy, it isn’t very soft. I wish I had something great to report on but really I haven’t done a single thing since Sunday except for eat, sleep, shower and work. Tomorrow I am going to get up earlier than usual and go to the gym and maybe stretch out a bit, hopefully that will help.
